Winter weather when it is snowing is not a good time to be taking a walk in a white jogging outfit with a white dog. Just like walking at night is not a good idea when you have on a black jogging outfit and a black dog. Wear Hi-vis clothing on yourself and your dog. I actually think this should be a law. At least 6 times a year, I almost hit someone wearing all black, walking on the road at night. At least put the high-vis vest on the dog, a blinking light helps too.
